  I saw dr goen 2 different times,I believe he is a prediator looking for unawhere victims,the second time I saw him he had me look into a pandora box device that he had set up on a table,the flashes of lights where too bright,laser lights he may be one of those people shining lasers in pilots eyes and football players,sort of like looking at a solar ecilpse with out proper sunglasses,the doctor profession is a good place for prediators to survive,his buddy dr. kim said why did you do that for while dr,goen was laughing in enjoyment,thats when I knew he done something bad,the way dr. kim said,WHY DID YOU DO THAT FOR? It cost me 4,000 dollars for cataract removal.
