Raul J Moreno, MD

Doctor Moreno holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Puerto Rico and earned his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico as well. He completed an internship at the Veterans Administration Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and an ophthalmology residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. Following residency training, Dr. Moreno completed a vitreoretinal surgery fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital, P.A.
