Rachel Owsiak, M.D.

Dr. Rachel Owsiak is a highly skilled and dedicated ophthalmologist with a passion for providing exceptional eye care to her patients. Dr. Owsiak graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hope College in Holland, Michigan and completed her medical degree at Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine. Her Transitional Year and Ophthalmology Residency were completed at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, where she gained comprehensive experience in diagnosing and treating various ocular conditions. Following her clinical training, Dr. Owsiak spent the next 10 years at busy ophthalmology practices in Tennessee and Missouri.

Dr. Owsiak specializes in femtosecond laser cataract surgery and has several research publications in the field of refractive cataract surgery. Additionally, Dr. Owsiak specializes in new premium cataract lens options and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. She takes the time to listen to her patients, thoroughly assess their conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

Dr. Owsiak recently relocated to Florida with her husband and three children. She believes in living an active and healthy lifestyle and has completed numerous marathons and Ironman triathlons.
