  Dr. Lauren C. Lyles formerly of Commonwealth Primary Care in Richmond, VA has the worst bedside manner that I have ever experienced from any doctor in my lifetime. I don’t have information as to why she left Commonwealth Primary Care, but I can promise you she was NOT an asset to their team of physicians. She is rude, unprofessional and a very poor listener. She also is not properly trained in areas which she claimed to be. Consequentially she prescribed incorrect doses of medication to me and refused to collaborate with other physicians in the practice. I would rate her with negative numbers if I could.

  Dr Lyles came highly recommended to me via multiple mom groups in Richmond and Henrico. After piecing together healthcare from urgent care, OBGYN after having babies, and realizing I needed consistent care from one doctor as I inch towards my 40s- I am so glad I found her. She has helped me address multiple issues with genuine care. She listens, she’s willing to discuss and explain how things work, and I never felt rushed through our appointments. She’s recommended both medical and holistic treatments and with each visit we talk and adjust based on how things are going. I plan to be a patient of Dr Lyles wherever she goes in her medical career.

  I saw Dr. Lyles for a routine visit when my regular provider was unavailable. I thought she was great and would recommend her to others.
