This individual works for Jabra, a company that attempts to straddle the line between medical care and consumer electronics. During a recent consultation, she made several erroneous statements including accusing us of pretending to be in the US. Displaying no empathy, she refused to even answer a simple, mundane question regarding the operation of the hearing device we purchased. Due to this lack of empathy and basic command of reality, I would not recommend this person for any type of patient work.
