Dan P. Montzka, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in diseases of the vitreous and retina. His area of sub-specialty includes the medical and surgical management of diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachments, and complications of intraocular surgery. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Dr. Montzka served his internship at Bryn Mawr Hospital in Pennsylvania and his residency at Scheie Eye Institute in Philadelphia. He completed his fellowship training in retina and intraocular tumors at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.
