LGTBQ PARENTS AND PUBLIC BEWARE – I hate to write bad reviews as it is not my nature to be unkind but in this instance I find it necessary to warn the public about this doctor and her office assistant. Let’s start with the facts. She is not an M.D. and does not have hospital privileges at any nearby hospitals. Her pedigree is less than desirable. Her degree comes from the Touro University in Harlem, NY. I called to complain about a 25% increase in the monthly fee and instead of being kind and professional she refused to call me back. Her office assistant did call and he was extremely cold and uncaring. When I pointed that out on the telephone he made a anti-gay and homophobic comment. Luckily for me, he was on speaker phone and I have witnesses to collaborate. Today I was told we were not welcome to return. Leaving me with no where to go for treatment with my children. It’s just awful because my son has a condition thhat requires monthly monitoring.In my opinion she is a cold, uncaring person that is more concerned with making a buck than being a professional. We are also reporting her to the State of Florida and intend to file a lawsuit.
