
Philip E. Clifford, MD, AAHKS, AAOS, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries, diseases and disorders of the musculoskeletal system. He earned his bachelor’s degree and graduated cum laude in 1989 from Davidson College in North Carolina and graduated with honors in 1993 from the University of Florida College of Medicine. He performed his residency in 1999 at Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina, where he completed fellowship training in hip and knee reconstruction in 2000. In 2019, he co-founded Outpatient Joint Replacement Center of America.
