
Mohamed Sharaby, MD, earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University, then earned his medical degree at St. George’s University Medical School in Grenada. Dr. Sharaby completed a neurology residency at the University of Massachusetts and a neurocritical care fellowship at the University of Virginia. Dr. Sharaby went on to a surgical ophthalmology residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and Prisma Health (previously Palmetto Health) in South Carolina. Following his residency, Dr. Sharaby served as an assistant professor of clinical ophthalmology at the UF Health College of Medicine in Jacksonville. He furthered his education with a glaucoma fellowship at the prestigious UCLA Stein Eye Institute.
