The Weight Is Over

The springtime honeymoon that Heather* and Jared* spent island-hopping around Hawaii was so memorable that the couple vowed to do it again for their first anniversary. Unfortunately, fate stepped in and altered their plans.

“Two weeks before we were scheduled to go back to Hawaii, everything started to shut down because of the coronavirus and we wound up having to postpone the trip,” explains Heather, 43. “We didn’t cancel the trip; we just postponed it.”

A year passed before a return to Hawaii became possible, but by then some changes had taken place in Heather and Jared’s life.

“The biggest difference was that we had both put on some weight,” reveals Jared, 46. “After a year of working from home and not going to the gym, we’d both gained about 15 or 20 pounds. Just enough to make us feel uncomfortable about our appearance.”

Eager to reschedule their return to Hawaii but determined to look their best beforehand, the active couple began contemplating their options for toning up their bodies. When a friend suggested EMSCULPT NEO, Heather looked into it.

“The energy is emitted through an applicator that is applied to the area of the body to be treated,” Dr. Dean educates. “The energy heats the fat cells to a degree where they simply can’t survive. Once the fat cells die, the lipids inside them are released into the lymph system and they’re excreted over time.
“At the same time that the fat cells are being targeted, the muscles are heated as well, and there’s a contraction device on the applicator that, when working the abdomen for instance, simulates the body doing about 20,000 stomach crunches in half an hour.”
Conveniently, this is all done while the patient relaxes on a table.

“We apply the device to the specific area that the patient wants to improve,” Dr. Dean explains. “And the device has a temperature sensor that tracks the temperature, so the patient doesn’t get too hot or
get burned.”

Lay Back and Relax

After learning how the EMSCULPT NEO program works, Heather returned home and discussed the idea with Jared. Both agreed to give the treatment a try, and both were more than satisfied with
